A. All discount codes are not applicable with ongoing promotions, seasonal items and bundles. If you choose to use a discount code, you are choosing to forgo whatever promotions the estore may be running at that time. Only 1 discount code can be used at each time. A. We only deliver to Singapore. Delivery typically takes not more than 5 working days. This is however subjected to unforeseen circumstances that may occur at the delivery companies/couriers like loss or damage of parcel and delivery congestion.
Customers are also advised to provide accurate contact details and addresses when placing order. Delivery may be delayed if inaccuracies are found and we will not be liable for such delays.

A. The shipping rate does not include any applicable taxes and duties by customs in the country where you want the order to be delivered. Your order may be eligible for import taxes. You may also be required to hold a permit to import these goods. If the require permit, taxes, duties and any required documentations are provided, Okamoto has the full rights to deny any request for refund.
